Senior Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams
- Work closely with our engineering team to oversee the introduction of new products (NPI) from the prototype stage to mass production
- Manage procurement processes including the processing of SKU and BOM creation, order fulfillment
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
- Standardize and lead our operating processes
- Research, select and qualify new suppliers and contract manufacturers, including overseas
- Manage scheduling of operations for both ASI Canadian facilities and contract manufacturing partners
- Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and processes to align with ASI’s objectives and create improvements where necessary
- Create long term operational strategies to meet ASI’s objectives
Education and/or Experience:
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations
- Post-secondary degree in mechanical, industrial or electronics engineering or supply chain management
