This person will be responsible for all sales activities in the company.  He/she will effectively manage relationships with key customers and will develop new business and partnerships globally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create Business Development strategy for the E-Mobility industry
• Manage the Sales Team
• Find new business development opportunities
• Improve business processes and interactions
• Identify potential customers and partners
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide consistent feedback to the organization on the needs of potential customers and partners
• Negotiate final agreements with potential customers and partners
• Expand ASI’s presence to drive new business opportunities globally
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
• Develop innovative strategies to expand market presence
• Collaborate with industry organizations and stakeholders to increase Business Development opportunities

What you bring:
• Minimum 10 years of Sales and Business Development experience
• High level of strategic thinking
• Strong business acumen, results driven
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Superior communication skills; both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and ever-changing environment
